Finance Manager - FMCG

Job Description :

- Responsible for driving sustainable business by taking strategic decisions, digitizing processes, exploring new business models.

- Business Finance & Stakeholder Management

- Activities includes contract negotiation, pricing and margin analysis, driving channel policy and FP&A activities.

- Customer pricing and Account receivable Management

- Decision support on pricing, brand and marketing investment and trade promotions.

- Monthly Review

- Budgeting

- Internal Control

- Cost Control

- Commercial Pricing

- Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses and interpreting P&L data to support business decisions

- Leading controllership / frugality / process improvement projects.

- The right individual will have exceptional Finance skills, strong understanding of Accounting principles, solid leadership skills, business partnering skills and firm business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results.

- Diversity leader is preferred for this role.

- MBA or CA from reputed B School are preferred.
