Finance Manager

Position open with a leading FMCG company for Manager-Finance.

Location- Zambia,Tanzania & Angola

Experience- 5 to 8 Years post qualification

Education- Chartered Accountant (CA)

JD-

ACCOUNTING / AUDIT

- Month end closing of financial books of accounts as per Indian GAAP

- Year end Book closing as per Indian GAAP & conversion as per US GAAP & IFRS

- Ledger scrutiny & reconciliation

- Fixed Assets Accounting & Capex monitoring

- Interface with Statutory & Internal Auditors

- Handling limited audit reviews & due diligence.

DIRECT / INDIRECT TAX

- Handling TDS & Filing quarterly returns

- Independently handling Tax Audit, VAT Audit, Service Tax Audit conducted by department.

- Finalizing Service Tax liability, maintaining CENVAT registers & filing service tax returns.

- Reply of notices issued by different tax departments.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

- Handling vendor management & Accounts payable function

- Expenses Accrual & release on monthly basis.

MANAGEMENT REPORTING/CAPEX MONITORING & WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

- Preparing monthly management report including Parent company reporting

- Keeping a track of capital expenditure (commitments, payout & capitalization)

- Preparing business review & strategic reports

- Handling working capital management

- Acting as interface with bankers
