Role: Finance Manager

Company Background:

Our client is a Fintech Company focused on providing financial services for other companies. The Company is registered at Singapore, and we are looking for a person to Head the Finance function at Bangalore.

It is a financial platform for Indian entrepreneurs. Starting with interest-free corporate credit card and VC Connect fundraising accelerator, our top priority has always been to create financial products to empower Indian startups to succeed.

It is founded by a team of veteran VCs and seasoned entrepreneurs from both India and China.

Location: Domlur, Bengaluru

5-Day working

Role/Qualifications:

1. Set up the Finance function.

2. Handle all regulatory interactions of the Entity.

3. Co-ordinate with the statutory authorities on foreign equity/debt

4. Facilitate RBI related compliance.

5. Handle all banking requirements and set up the finance structure/policy/team.

Qualifications:

1. CA with around 3 to 7 years experience.

2. CS qualification would be an additional advantage.

3. Must have hands on experience in handling investment/cap table/RBI

4. Exposure to NBFC/Credit card Companies would be an advantage.

5. Self starter and confident to handle and set things up independently
