Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Support Services

BNC has been mandated to recruit a Finance Manager for FP & A Support Services company at Gurugram Location.

1. Monthly performance report analysis and review: Preparation of monthly P&L, comparison with budget and analysing variances, management presentations, Ad-Hoc reports as required.

2. Budgeting and forecasting - Prepare Annual operating plan and forecasts.

3. Preparing various financial models/proposals for CAPEX investments.

4. Review Bid PnL: Analyse and approve the costing before submission to prospective clients.

5. Work with business team to understand and identify opportunities & risk.

6. Collection from clients: Ensure DSO is with agreed budget. Work towards minimizing working capital deployment in business.

Key Skills :

Strong knowledge of FP&A, Financial Planning and Analysis , PnL ,Budgetary ,Variance Analysis

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. CA/ Non CA with 6-8 yrs experience in Finance Manager.
