Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Company: The client is a 3-year-old seed-funded AI fintech with a global presence and about 100 employees overall.

About the role: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in financial reporting, modelling, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Track and manage the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasting

- Identify budget variances and provide meaningful insights and recommendations

- Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports generated

- End-to-end responsibility for compliance and audit

- Proficiency in MIS tools and accounting software

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
