Finance Manager - Engg/Mfg

We are seeking to Identify Finance Manager Mumbai - Leading MNC Engineering company.

Position – Manager Finance

Location – Mumbai

Role-

- Oversee the financial integrity and transparency of financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting requirements.

- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.

- Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards to comply with Stanley Black and Decker policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

- Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.

- Develop and maintain strong and consistent accounting and closing procedures that support both business and corporate requirements

- Conduct balance sheet and account reconciliation reviews with all locations

- Drive focus and achievement on the Controllership Scorecard.

- Support the post close process

- Actively engage with the business to understand financial statement performance and identify trends, take proactive approach to align continuous improvement projects with Financial Objectives

- Prepares and analyzes weekly, monthly and quarterly India management reports to identify issues / opportunities and develops recommendations for corrective actions.
