Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning: Plan budgets and develop effective financial strategies.

- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.

- Cost Control: Effectively manage and control expenses.

- Cash Flow: Monitor and optimize cash flow for efficient financial management.

- Tax Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations and compliance.

- Audit and Risk Management: Handle audits and implement risk management strategies.

- Financial Analysis: Assess financial performance and analyse trends to inform decision-making.

- Working Capital Management: Efficiently manage working capital to support business operations.

- Investments: Evaluate investment opportunities and assess return on investment (ROI).

- Policies: Develop and enforce financial policies to ensure compliance and consistency.

- Vendor Relations: Manage and cultivate positive relationships with vendors.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in Finance Management

- FMCG experience is preferable

- Creative thinker and problem solver

- Strong communication skills

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
