Job Description:

Reporting into the Country Manager, your specific responsibilities would include:

- Candidate should be a good 'Controller'

- Incumbent would be involved in Finance, Inventory and controlling assignments.

- Populating Chart of Accounts per reporting requirement Daily routine accounting

- Work closely with the auditors to provide data and required analysis.

- Be part of annual statutory and tax audit plan and once finalized & agreed, coordinate with the auditors and to ensure that deadline is met

- Prepare Data for TDS, VAT, Service Tax and other statutory filings

- Systems and processes are very clearly defined and controlled by Managers overseas.

- Manage various stakeholders and regulatory authorities including RBI

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 8+ years of work experience.

- You should be from a Manufacturing set-up and handled a minimum of 3 staff. You should have hands on experience in Finance, Accounts & Business controlling. This role requires the individual to have extensive experience in Inventory management.

- You should have very strong communication skills and be able to articulate your thoughts with ease.

- You should have the ability to influence and manage various stakeholders internal and external.

- Candidates from Specialty Chemicals or Food background need only apply.
