Finance Manager

We have an urgent opening with a top IT company for Finance Manager - Bangalore location.

Job Description:

1. Should go through the Contract completely and advice respective teams to be within the contractual obligation.

2. Keep a track of all +ve or –ve Changes requests.

3. Chase customer / justify the CR and ensure corresponding PO towards the CR.

4. Ensure billing / Invoicing for the contract milestone and also the respective CR’s.

5. Track the milestone & also ensure required document / sign-off’s are in place to ensure timely payment clearance.

6. Establish a Cost Baseline for the project

7. Ensure Spends are within Budget.

8. Flash periodic reports of Spend against Budget.

9. If spend is going beyond budget, obtain necessary approvals in time , so as to prevent delays.

10. Work out means & ways to reduce cost , keeping in mind the Macro view of the project.

11. Draw up terms and conditions on vendor agreements, keeping best practices in mind.

12. Help Purchase team in getting optimal prices by offering suitable payment terms / including suitable terms & Conditions

13. Improve cost awareness with in the project team.
