Urgent opening for Manager Finance - Commercial for one of the leading MNC - Mumbai.

Job Description:

Receivable Management

1. Implementation of credit & other receivable policies

2. Driving overall reduction in overdue receivables by engaging with sales team

3. System developments to ensure automation & continuous improvement of receivable function

4. Review of overall collection processes & accounting

5. Preparing month end reports highlighting area of concern & taking corrective actions

Scheme / Sales Promotion Expense

1. Claim processing on the basis of approved scheme note, agreed turnaround times and Laid down guidelines

2. Budgeting, Monitoring & reporting of scheme & sales promotion spends

3. Accounting responsibility:

- Month-end provisions

- Handling period-end and concurrent Audits

5. Define a Scheme ROI metrics to measure scheme / sales promotion expenses efficacy vs. Objective

6. Co-ordinate Dealer Audits

7. Engage with the Sales team to understand issues and provide solutions

Working Capital Management

1. Drive optimum working capital for Company

2. Work with functions to identify areas and improvement in working capital.

3. Analyst root cause of material moving from Live to Damaged. Work with all stakeholders to drive reduction in this area.

4. Identify undesirable inventory & root cause and drive reduction as per agreed target.

Margin Management

1. Calculate product / SKU level costing as per Margin policy

2. Analyze & deliver margin report at SKU level to identify major exceptions

3. Identify cost saving initiatives and work with the concerned function for implementation

4. Prepare valuation of goods for month end closing purpose
