Overview:

We operate an integrated Palm downstream business.

Facility is in Western Central Africa. This facility has a 100 TPD physical refinery, 80 TPD bottling plant as well as 24 TPD soap plant. Company sells its products within the country as well as adjacent countries under 3 brands. In addition, we also exports various Palm fractions to other countries time to time. The person will be looking after Finance and Accounts for the Refinery 100 mts per day capacity preparing MIS, BRM's engaging with Plant Manager and Commercial Head and Head Mid-stream Edible Oils and Physical stock count and Internal audits and statutory audits, Ensuring Regulatory Compliances, Budgets, Working capital and Fixed capital efficiencies.

Key Performance Matrices include:

- Financial reporting and control - Timely MIS and Financials as per CC date lines and ensuring compliance of statutory date lines

- Treasury Operations Ensuring that the Unit is funded and the export Proceeds are sold at optimal rate

- Budgeting/forecasting & Reporting as per requirements

- Legal, Regulatory & Statutory Compliance - ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements

- Risk Management and Control

- Audit and Controls

- Business partnership and support

- Internal and External stakeholder relationships

- Training and development of team

To be successful you should:

- Have a nack of commercial orientation with the ability to run operations independently.

- Good command over spoken & written English, SAP experience preferred. Have an ownership mindset! and desire to run the Show Independently.

- Good people management, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with and influence a matrix of internal and external customers at varied levels.

- 5 to 8 years experience in F&A functions of corporates, preferably multi-national companies. Manufacturing domain experience is preferred
