Finance Manager - CA - Factory/Commercial Sales Experience

Business Overview :

We manufactures and markets a range of branded packaged food products to consumers across multiple African markets. Over the last decade the PFB business has established regional brand and market leadership positions in multiple consumer categories across targeted markets in West Africa. Current portfolio counts eight key brands that are marketed to more than ten South and West African markets. The consumer categories we are present in West Africa includes: Tomato Paste, Instant Noodles, Instant Beverages, Biscuits, Confectioneries, Edible Oil, Pasta, Juices & Dairy.

Key Performance Matrices include :

- Financial reporting and control - Timely MIS and Financials as per CC date lines and ensuring compliance of statutory date lines

- Treasury Operations Ensuring that the Unit is funded and the export Proceeds are sold at optimal rate

- Budgeting/forecasting & Reporting as per requirements

- Legal, Regulatory & Statutory Compliance - ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements

- Risk Management and Control

- Audit and Controls

- Business partnership and support

- Internal and External stakeholder relationships

- Training and development of team

To be successful you should :

- Have a nack of commercial orientation with the ability to run operations independently.

- Good command over spoken & written English, SAP experience preferred. Have an ownership mindset! and desire to run the Show Independently.

- Good people management, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with and influence a matrix of internal and external customers at varied levels.

- 4 to 7 years experience in F&A functions of corporates, preferably multi-national companies. Manufacturing domain experience is preferred
