About our Client: Our client is set-up their India operations in 2012 and are leading manufacturers of projection screens around the world. Their plant is located on the outskirts of Bangalore - about 40 kms from Bangalore City.

Job Description: Reporting into the Country Head, your specific responsibilities will include:

- Setup of new local accounting system which integrates with Group system

- Migrate accounting from third party to in-house.

- Process all transactions onto accounting system

- Customer dispatches, invoices and payment collection

- Supplier ordering, invoice processing and payment

- Payroll administration

- Banking and processing of all banking transactions

- Providing information to our tax compliance team for monthly and yearly tax reporting

- Providing information to our Head Office finance team for monthly finance reporting

- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

- Support budget and forecasting activities.

- Work with the concerned to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.

- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the work flow of the department.

- Support Group Controller with special projects and work flow process improvements.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

- You should have experience of working in a Manufacturing set-up with in depth knowledge of plant operations.

- Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Experience with NetSuite or any other ERP system would be considered a plus.

- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Strong written and communication skills.
