Finance Manager - CA - Logistics

Our Client a leading Logistics company is looking for a Finance Manager (Qualified CA) for Bangalore location.

Job Description :

Finance accounts, budget, budgetary controls, statutory audits, systems development and improvement, MIS. Using SAP-R3 FI, CO MM and SD modules.

- Maintain books of accounts as per Indian and US GAAP.

- Financial Reporting and Presentations to Management.

- Annual Budgets and Forecasts.

- Sensitivity Analysis for the Business Unit's.

- Product Costing

- Development of Internal Control Systems.

- Preparation & Implementation of Budgetary Control measures.

- Finalization of Audits under US GAAP, Indian Standard and Income Tax for Business Units & Division.

- FOREX Risk Management for Division.

- Working capital management for Unit.

- Member of IS Council for location.

- Implementing various controls as per SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) requirements.

- Systems development and improvement.

- Indirect dealing with Various Statutory Authorities like Central Excise and Sales Tax

- Liasoning with Banks

Requirements :

- Must be a qualified CA

- Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some longer hours during peak periods.

- Strong experience in income statement analysis.

- Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with look-ups and pivot tables.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Experience with Oracle Financial Analyzer or equivalent, and Business Intelligence, a plus.

- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
