Finance Manager - CA/ICWA - IT

A global MNC headquarter at Singapore, having operations in 70 countries globally with an annual turnover of 20 Billion USD. Having 23000 employees working all across. They have their huge global IT set up based in Chennai.

Looking for an astute professional with experience in Finance and Accounts for their IT function.

- Candidates working in Finance and accounts function from IT industry.

- The ideal batch would be 2002,2003,2004,2005 (CA or ICWA).

Nature and Scope :

- Finance controller / Manager, managing the entire end to end finance for a specific business unit.

Major Accountabilities :

- Budgeting for the IT function, presenting to Senior management for approval with variance analysis
MIS : Tracking of budget vs actuals for the IT function, country IT cost, Project cost and reporting it on monthly basis. Highlight instances when the forecasted actual exceeds budgeted amount. Submit any number of customized reports as and when such information is sought by the management.

- Managing project finance. Work closely with operational and implementation team in accounting the project cost under right heads. Handle license and hardware amortizations

- Accounting and financial reporting of OISL entity incl book closure, auditing and liaison with auditors, statutory bodies etc. Takes care of compliance of all applicable statutory obligations. (Incl direct and indirect taxes)
Handle other businesses like SSO and PFB incl the day to day financial requirements, vendor payments.

- Manages the treasury and secretarial function of OISL entity including liaison with banks and corporate treasury, secretarial team in Singapore

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in a corporate / core finance role.

- Should have handled internal budgeting, financial reporting

- Mature communication skills , with the ability to articulate and present thoughts and analysis in a structured format
