About our Client - Our client is a MNC in FMCG space and has been present in India for more than a decade now. With its products having considerable market share, they are expanding their base and looking for a Finance Manager India

Job Description - Reporting into the CFO, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the accounts payable and financial accounting function.

- Documentation & implementation of financial controls and processes.

- Guard business integrity through effective deployment of financial controls and discipline in all levels.

- Ensuring transparency in financial processes and reporting and compliance to statutory regulations.

- Ensuring successful completion of Internal and external Audits .

- Ensuring timely completion of the statutory audit - incl preparation of IGAAP financials and related schedules and

- Provide decision support to the business through insightful and value added MIS and Reporting.

- Supervising Banking operations and compliance to the Treasury guidelines

- Strong coordination with plant finance team and providing guidance to the Plant team on the best practices in the areas of accounting, banking and controls.

- Provide leadership and coordination in the accounting and risk management efforts of the business.

- Coordination with the management accounting team in the timely preparation and finalization of the business plans .

- Handling Direct and Indirect tax for the company

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA (Must) with 6-8 years of post qualification experience in manufacturing set-up with strong exposure on IGAAP, IFRS and Direct Taxation.
