Years of exp - 4 to 7 years

Job Purpose - To execute Finance & Accounts function of the company.

Key areas of responsibility

- Responsible for various Finance functions including Revenue recognition, Financial Management, Accounting, Commercials, Taxation, Audits, Budgets, and Internal controls

- Directly handle Accounts and tax matters of the company

Monitoring and driving the Budgets, Timely and Accurate financial reports on business performances in comparison to Annual Business Plan and variance analysis of the same.

Skill-set required

- Candidate preferably from Service or Manufacturing Industry

- Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Accounts & Audit, Taxation.

- Ability to drive Business Goals, Strategies, Budgeting, Analysis & Reporting

- Strong Process and IT skills and related certifications would be plus

- Excellent communication/inter-personal skills

- U.S Gaap Experience

Compensation - INR 15,00,000 pa + 20% Variable
