Finance Manager - CA

(Delhi, Immediate Joiner)

I. Introduction :

Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of Finance & Accounts for Inversion Group and its affiliates.

II. Responsibilities :

- Managing Accounting and closing of books on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

- Managing Direct and Indirect tax returns preparation, filing and record keeping

- Preparing Statutory Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow Statement on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

- Liaise with auditors to complete audits as per defined frequency

- Liaise with lawyers, valuers and other consultants for ongoing activities

- Ensure excess funds are being invested regularly

- Preparing MIS as per defined frequency for different stakeholders

- Managing Budgeting and Planning

- Managing Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables

- Managing Compliance & Secretarial activities across jurisdictions

- Ensure all paperwork and filings are up to date

- Ensure all cross references across entities are up to date

- Provide timely inputs to individuals maintaining books of accounts of each entity

- Setup and implement Internal Audit function as per best practices

- Managing Investor Relations and liaising with different stakeholders

- Preparing presentations to enable regular updates to shareholders

III. Profile Requisites :

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience

- Proficient knowledge of Tally is must

- Must be self-driven, proactive and with strong ethics. Must have keen sense of responsibility and commitment to quality.

- Must have experience of handling affairs of a Family Office.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MSWord and MS Powerpoint
