Finance Manager - CA

Job Description:

- CA with 8-10 years experience

- Develop, implement, and maintain effective Management Information Systems (MIS) to facilitate financial reporting and analysis.

- Oversee the monthly closing process across plantations and mills, ensuring compliance with corporate reporting deadlines. Responsible for consolidating and presenting the financial outcomes.

- Evaluate financial data and create comprehensive reports on financial performance, trends, and future projections.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data from various sources, including plantations, mills, and workshops.

- Provide senior management with strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.

- Track and assess the monthly financial performance of plantations, mills, and refineries.

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning processes.

- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.

- Train and guide junior finance team members on MIS and financial analysis
