Finance Manager

Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:

- Will be responsible for Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting around Revenue/Expense and Financial Resources for Equity globally covering all the 4 regions

- Dealing with ad hoc revenue queries from business including investigating, verifying and corroborating source information with different product areas/teams

- Monthly Revenue and Expense reporting

- Month end Reconciliation of Revenue reported with GL

- Maintain documentation of all Processes

- Analyzing the Product Profitability (Monthly Product packs / Desk reports) and running the reports and processes adhering to the time lines and meeting the SLA

- Daily, weekly and monthly Flash (Revenue Estimates)

- Working with team leaders on different Adhocs, Presentations & MIS requests

Key Skills:

Prior experience in Capital Markets MIS desirable

- Good financial analysis and management reporting background

- Experienced in MS office (including Power point, Excel)

- Experienced in working with Data and Knowledge of financial reporting tools such as Essbase, Business Objects

- Adaptability, multitasking and strong project management skills

- Interpersonal skills (ability to work with colleagues at all levels across regions)

- Good Communication Skills as will have to talk to Regions regularly

- Good Analytical and Problem Solving skills

- Will be responsible for meeting SLA

- Responsible for process improvements/automation
