Finance Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the financial health of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

This role will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing teams, and upporting strategic decision-making to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Reporting:

- Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, etc.

- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.

- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Process payroll, invoices, and other operational expenses.

- Monitor cash flow and manage budget allocations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Develop and submit regulatory filings, such as tax returns and statutory reports.

- Create management reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.

- Consolidate financial reports across departments or subsidiaries, if applicable.

Audit and Compliance:

- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits, coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely completion.

- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Cost and Risk Management:

- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and implement measures to improve cost efficiency.

- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

MIS and Reporting:

- Generate and analyze detailed MIS reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

- In-depth understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.

- Strong knowledge of taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficiency in financial systems, including advanced Excel and ERP (Tally).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills for financial data interpretation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or managerial roles.

- Qualification: CA from a recognized institution.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on team development.

- Detail-oriented and strategic mindset with a proven track record
