We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with over 10+ years of experience.

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations, Budgeting, and Forecasting:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's strategic objectives.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, accounting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS), and internal controls.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.

- Manage financial audits and ensure timely submission of required financial information to regulatory bodies.

Financial Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Strategic Financial Insights:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.

- Provide strategic financial advice and guidance on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other significant financial transactions.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and improved financial efficiency.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in financial management roles within a complex organization.

- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and compliance.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences
