Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST), and financial reporting.

- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all financial functions.

- Ensure compliance with current tax laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audits and timely submission of financial reports.

- Provide strategic financial insights and reports to senior management to support decision-making.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize company resources.

- Continuously improve financial processes and implement best practices to enhance financial performance and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Professional certifications such as CMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- 10+ years of finance management experience, ideally within IT infrastructure or related industries
