Finance Lead - US GAAP & IFRS/Accounting - CA

Role & responsibilities:

- Leading and managing shared services function along with handling stakeholders.

- Conducting strong reviews of monthly soft close/hard close & financials for India entity

- Devising & monitoring KPIs and SLAs for all domains of US Accounting on monthly basis.

- Front-ending leadership review for all critical matters including reviews with Controller, CFO and others.

- Developing strategic vision for the function.

Preferred candidate profile:

- CA with 13+ years of experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting shared services

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IND AS and PFRS

- Experience in Power BI, Dashboarding.

- Strong Reporting and Presentation skills.
