Finance Lead - NBFC

Desired Candidate profile:

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Bangalore

Education: CA/ICWA/Post Graduation

Industry: Financial Services

Designation/ Role: Financial Controller/ Head - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Control over multiple financial functions (accounting, taxation, statutory, treasury management, management information)

- Providing management inputs to CEO and Board, with analysis on financial statements

- productivity improvements, measurement metrics, pricing of services etc.

- Managing team to execute these functions but having the ability and willingness to take on some of the work.

- Budgeting and tracking actual; creating suitable dashboards for the same - including that for business, expenses, incentives, etc

- Control systems for expenses and income with suitable reporting

- Managing treasury & cash management operations

- Understanding and control over compliance, adhering to and interacting with regulatory agencies - SEBI, IRDA, PFRDA, etc.

- Interaction with internal, statutory and SEBI auditors and completion of audits on time and without qualifications.

- Ensure implementation of processes and controls as per the internal audit reports.

- Interaction with vendors for the company including Mutual Funds, PMS/ AIF providers, Registrars (CAMS, Karvy etc.)

Skills:

- Financial competency and strong number analytical skills

- Detailed understanding of MS Office - Excel, Power point and Word

- Ability to communicate with team as well as with Board.

- High energy levels and the ability to think out of the box, over a strong base of knowledge in the field of work
