Finance Lead : Controllership

- CA with more than 8+ years of experience in Financial and strategic planning, Audit, Taxation, Order management system and FP&A

- This is with a Services organisation in Reverse Logistics

- Work with the leadership team to formulate medium to long term financial and strategic plan.

1. Manage the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

2. Analysing financial and operational results to understand business performance

3. Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows and variance analysis with accuracy and within timelines.

4. Detailed analysis on operating cost and overheads to suggest improvements that will lead to cost reduction and efficiency in operations.

5. Process improvement using technology (Order Management System) for better efficiency and cost optimization.

6. Responsible for financial regulations and ensure the organization activities are in compliance with all the applicable law and regulations.

7. Optimizing working capital management inventory, receivables and payable of the group.

8. Development and monitoring of Key Performance Metrics for the department and support functions monthly. Provide timely and accurate financial reports as required by stakeholders of the company.
