Finance Head - Travel/BPO/ITeS - CA

Head of Finance - MNC - Bangalore.

Job Description :

- CA with 12+ years experience ( not more than 18y)

- Must have handled a 50+ member team.

- Must have international market exposure. ( having worked onsite abroad)

- Second in command to the CFO

- Lead the global finance function including the financial accounting, treasury, payroll, financial planning & reporting.

- Finance operations, owning the finance and accounts. Understanding of the commercial aspect.

- Managing and and developing the overall finance team and finance managers.

- Work with global accounts managers to deliver accurate financial accounts & data as well as to ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax requirements.

- Excellent communication, sophisticated, articulate, business acumen

- Setting up systems, keen eye for details, technical thinking,
