About our Client - Our client is one of the most reputed global organization in Pharmaceutical Industry with presence in more than 25 countries.With major expansion plans in India, they are currently looking for a Head of Finance to drive their growth strategy.

Job Description - Reporting to the GM India, you will be responsible for:

- Fund Management , Accounting controls, FP&A, Budgeting and all other gamuts of finance.

- Driving the development of business plans for the India Finance operations

- Monitoring the company's progress and ensuring regular financial advice

- Supporting GM and BU heads in leading the development of the organization

- Ensuring the maintenance of adequate financial controls and compliance

- Effectively leading the forecasting and analysis function by managing the monthly Demand planning process and distributor relations

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA/MBA or have an advanced degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics. You have 8+ years of experience in positions of Senior roles in Multinational environments. You have excellent interpersonal skills with strong business acumen to capitalize on the growth opportunities in India.
