About our Client - Our client is a 45 billion $, NASDAQ listed MNC, with a diversified portfolio of products and solution. They are a fortune 500 company with operations in multiple industries globally. Based out of Mumbai they are looking for a Finance Director, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of the organization in India.Turnover in India is 100 million $.

Job Description - Reporting directly to the Finance Director - Asia, you will be responsible for entire finance and accounts operation in India. Responsible for the Affiliates' financial reporting that includes local statutory reports, group and regional reports as well as local management reports

- Lead forecasting and budgeting process in the Affiliate in line with group forecasting / budgeting requirement.

- Manage 4 direct reports Compliance, 2 Finance Controllers and Taxation Head.

- Improve upon existing controls and processes.

- Must have project accounting experience

- Exposure to business finance

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA and CS, with upto 15 years experience in manufacturing industry with a proven track record of building the finance infrastructure of the organization. Ideal candidate has a Big 4 experience and is has experience managing a large team. Additionally you are an excellent communicator and possess strong leadership skills.
