Job Description

- Managing end to end finance operations as well as Admin, Logistics and Warehousing

- He/she will be responsible for ensuring financial controls, keeping a keen eye on the business fiscal performance through MIS, analytics and driving course correction as required.

- Lead the annual business planning / budgeting exercise and track actual performance to drive achievement of plan

Description

- Overseeing the entire accounting function and ensure timely accounting closures as per IGAAP and IFRS

- Audit as per Indian GAAP accounts on quarterly/annual basis including dealing with statutory and internal auditor



- He/ She will also oversee continual improvement of the budgeting processes

- He/ She will advise on the financial perspective, cash flows and cost controls of new businesses and contracts.

- He/ She will also be responsible for Direct & Indirect tax planning, management and adherence to statutory compliance.

- Lead the annual business planning / budgeting exercise and track actual performance to drive achievement of plan

- Strategic plans guiding medium to long term growth clearly articulating Areas of Growth and capabilities

- He/She will be an active participant in powering governance functions

Profile

- CA with Min of 12 years of experience with at least 5 yrs. in leadership role in a retail company

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience of leading large teams

- Experience of working in global retail brands
