With breathtaking designs and extensive client base, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced luxury retail supervisor to join the management team to coach and train the staff.

Job Description - Reporting into the Managing Director - India and a functional reporting to the CFO - Asia pacific, your responsibilities would include:

- Formulating the annual business plan process and implementing their retail growth strategy PAN India

- Implementation of an ERP program so as to steam line the monthly reporting

- Ensuring all the statutory compliance relating to - taxation, IGAAP -accounting and audit

- Handling Commercial viability for the stores and negotiating rents

- In addition, you would also be responsible for Supply Chain, logistics, IT, Legal and Operations for the business, leading a team of up to 10 people

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with at least 10 years of post qualification experience preferably in FMCG/Retail space. Strong people management skills and written/verbal communication along with experience in Big 4 is desirable. Knowledge of French and/or other languages would be highly valued.
