Finance Director - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Diversity talent as Finance Director based at Gurgaon for an FMCG.

A female qualified Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder / 1st attempt) or, MBA / PGDM in Fin (only from IIM's / ISB - Hyd.) with 12-15 years of Post qualification experience in an MNC FMCG, leading a large team and has exposure in the following areas :

- Commercial Finance

- SC Finance

- FP&A

Brief KRA's :

- The role involves strategic direction setting for the business, performance management against strategy, targets and short-term goals.

- This also includes dynamic resource allocation for competing asks.

- The role also entails owning internal controls for the relevant area, setting financial targets, developing a financial strategy, conducting feasibility studies, monitoring expenditure, and evaluating investments for ROI.

- Your skills in strategic influencing and sound business understanding will assist the organization in implementing effective business and financial strategies, improving revenue, and ensuring effectiveness & efficiency of the spends .
