Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer - IT/KPO/Mfg

- Preparing Group consolidated profit and loss account and Balance Sheet.

- Presentation of Financial reports to Management and Board.

- Closing of Monthly books and preparing financials.

- Initialisation of budgeting process and control, ensuring final consolidated budget is complete in aspect and circulating to respective controllers after duly approved by management.

- Analysing the Debtors and Creditors and ensuring all recoverable and payables are correct, else provide for the same with reference to the feedback recd from Locations.

- Sales, Purchase, Bank & General Accounting.

- Business Process study, revision and updating as per the requirements

- Ensuring the manual process is limited and only necessary is kept and balance process computerised.

- Recruiting and training juniors and planning on manpower requirement.

- Appraisals, reviewing of performance of subordinates

- Setting up of SLA for delivery of activities
