Finance Controller - Unsecured Lendings - Real Estate/Manufacturing/NBFC - CA

Finance controller

- Review of financial / non-financial KPIs and business performance on a monthly basis.

- Preparing, presenting & explaining the summary of monthly business performance to CFO and leadership team.

- Detailed and rigorous actuals vs. budget variance analysis at various levels / dimension to understand & decipher the performance

- Driving results of the business and ensuring achievement of KPIs across the BU

- Ensuring budget adherence across BU - monthly basis and for full year

- Leveraging on data analysis and data analytics to drive revenue maximization across lanes, customers, various products offerings

- Dynamic performance management. Support rationalization and movement of budget across BU to support functional budgetary requirements while fueling growth and overall budget management

- Analyze and forecast financial, economic and other data for Logistic silos, to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions

- Preparation of various MIS and reports at the specific frequency as may be required by various internal stakeholders / shareholders

- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis and reports, as may be required from time to time to facilitate business decision making

- Preparation and analysis of BU expenses reporting and management

- Central owner of organization-wide operating and financial data and KPIs

- Identify key metrics, keep track of financial KPIs and develop financial models along with sharp front-end visualization of the analysis to support strategic initiatives

- Be backup of GL accountant, FPA and Costing

- Support tax, auditing at legal entity level (if required)

Who can apply:

- CA/ MBA is required

- A minimum of 12 years of finance and accounting experience

- Strong English and Excel skills required

- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different levels in organization

- Strong planning & organizational skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines independently

- Highly analytical thought process in order to adapt to an evolving business.

- Prior audit experience with a Big 4 will be advantageous
