Finance Controller - Tax/Treasury/ Capex & Investor Relations

Financial Controller: for a renowned European MNC which is into the manufacturing industry, providing a full range of engineering services and solutions to its customers worldwide. CA with minmum 12 years of experience in the below mentioned domains.

Location - Kolkata

This role spans Tax, Treasury, Capex Controllership, Investor Relations, M&A, Process audits, and Business Process Automation. It collaborates across departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision- making.

Qualifications :

- 12- 15 years of finance experience, including manufacturing with CA qualification in Finance/Accounts

- Big 4 and manufacturing experience preferred

- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and processes and Expertise in tax.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Plan, lead, and review processes for timely compliance and manage audits and liaison with tax authorities.

- Support legal advisors and provide quarterly legal updates.

- Manage order execution, logistics, and legal compliance and handle export benefits and submissions to authorities.

- Plan, lead, and review tax processes for compliance and coordinate with consultants and HO Taxation team.

- Manage audits and support legal matters and maintain bank accounts and fund allocation.

- Ensure KYC compliance and reduce bank charges.

- Monitor fund, manage cash, and ensure FEMA compliance.

- Guide contract management for Sales & Marketing/Purchase teams and drive business process automation.

- Participate in statutory audit and capex controllership and lead Investor Relations and assist in evaluating M&A opportunities.
