Finance Controller - Startup - CA

We are looking at Finance Controller for a leading startup based out of Mumbai.

A CA with at least 7 years of experience in the ecommerce startup

1. Own everything numbers in the organization - from accounting and tax to help us price and discount products for the best possible margins monthly

2. Someone who has led a startup through a Series A round of funding and can represent us with investors.

3. Helping shape ecommerce reconciliation through marketplaces and see that correct commissions and expenses are maintained for every sale.

4. Be a part of the business and assist to set team targets for optimal performance

5. Helping with debt and revenue financing.

6. Banking relationships to be maintained and understanding policies for setting up and maintaining a factory.

7. Complete ownership to monitor revenue and expenses from advertising to logistics etc. to maintain a profitable bottom line.
