Finance Controller

Job Description:

- Oversee company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions .

- Costing, P&L, Inventory & Cash flow.

- Develop and implement cost targets

- Develop financial business plans and forecasts

- Represent the company to investors, auditors, public officials etc.

- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions

Desired Profile:

- CA (Rank holder) with 8+ years of relevant experience in Retail / FMCG / Consumer Durables industry.

- Candidate should have previously handled an all-round Finance and Accounts profile with excellent communication skills.

- Should have excellent exposure in handling P&L, Cash Flow, Inventory Management, Costing & Revenue Generation.

- Ability to be self motivated & Excellent leadership skills
