Technical skill set- MS Office Tally and ERP Expertise on taxation and legal matters

Skill set required- budgeting, treasury management, taxation, financial Planning & Analysis, risk management, Scrutiny, cash flow management, managing balance sheet, finalizing accounts, tax

Industry experience : Real Estate/Realty/Retail Industry will be added advantage

Note : Candidate should be able to join in 15 days/ 1 month period.

Job summary :

- Assist in creating a strategic business plan

- Prepare budget ,forecast and help to oversee current and future investment

- Collate the MIS in consultation with various stakeholders, understand the reasoning and present the detailed analysis before sharing the MIS

- Ensure timely circulation of MIS to various stakeholders Treasury Management and Investment

- Aid financial risk and minimize it, keep an eye on the various changes of the market situation and communicate the same to the CEO

- To provide an accurate and timely financial service including setting and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management of financial accounts

- Ensuring effective treasury operations

- Prepare reports and work with the CEO with respect to financial matters

- Raising finance from banks and institutions

- Investment of surplus funds

- Direct the day-to-day accounting operations including oversight of accounts payable and receivable, and maintenance of the general ledger

- Prepare, analyze and present financial reports

- To manage the annual audit process in conjunction with the appointed auditors to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required deadlines

- Create financial outlook reports and ensure the company funds are enough

- Oversee the fiscal reporting within the company and create a monthly budget report

- Overall responsible for compliances and tax planning for the Group Companies

- Ensure filing of returns required under direct and indirect taxes before due date

- Ability of independently handling scrutiny matter by liasoning with Tax Department
