Finance Controller - Real Estate

- Managing Accounts Department ; improving and implementing systems

- Synchronization of Cash flow spread across divisions:Channelizing as per Budgets; Efficient Cash flow management (linked to Business Plan)

- Integrating Inventory, MIS with Accounts

- Implementation of Budgets-Costing-Profit improvement mechanism with monitoring system (spread across Channels of procurement, sales etc.)

- Segregation of Accounts & Finance/MIS team

- Effective usage of ERP in all major function with integration

- Play an active role in all commercial aspect of the company

- Monitoring routine Legal Compliance:IT/GST/other major relevant laws

- Finalization of Accounts

- Improving the documentation at different levels in the organization

- Supporting the decision making process

Experience :

- We are looking for a professional who is Chartered Accountants preferably with MBA qualification having held leadership position and executed majority of the above task in previous jobs with post qualification experience of minimum 8 Yrs.

- He should have handled a team of more than 20 people under him at different location.

- Age probably not above 40 yrs.

- Positioned preferably at Ahmedabad else Mumbai
