Finance Controller - Real Estate

- Financial Controller for Multiple projects.

- Ensuring smooth financial accounting function from transaction level accounting, adoption of accounts, audit completion and filing of tax and transfer pricing audit reports and tax returns

- Ensuring cash flow management for the various projects including age-wise analysis and timely collections, funding arrangement, executing bill of exchange and monitoring payment

- Review of cost-to-complete for various projects (CTC) and ensuring margin protection

- Ensuring legal compliance involving direct and indirect taxes in coordination with client, partners, tax authorities for deduction, payments, returns filing and reconciliation, TDS lower deduction

- Controlling accounts payable ensuring smooth flow of payment.

- Ensuring coordination with banks and treasury for various concerns including letter of credit, bank guarantee issuance, fixed deposits and controlling bank accounts

- Monitoring Revenue, Work-in-progress.

- Monitoring MIS and reporting at various levels of management on weekly and monthly basis
