Advance, - guarantees -Vetting, mitigating of risk and managing issuance of guarantees - Mode of Payments - Review Penalties Clause, Remedy for delay/termination, - Warranty Conditions -Design process to review, monitor &amp; follow-up milestone payments to ensure on time collections - Establish the process for Project Reviews with clear cut assignment of roles &amp; responsibility to concerned stakeholders -Conduct monthly review of project financials &amp; commercials areas with Project Team and present the outcome to the Management - Manages Risk &amp; Opportunities of projects in close co-ordination with Project Team. Raise an early alarm to the stakeholders in case risks/opportunities - Establish database to have a consolidated view all projects having key KPI / information / Progress etc. - Supports Business Partners in cost reduction initiatives -Strengthen Internal Control Process around project controlling area - Ensure Order booking criteria as per company policy - Revenue assurance- Adhere to IFRS-15 /IND AS 115 on revenue recognition. - Strong participation in Month end closing activities &amp; reporting - Managing Internal &amp; Statutory Auditors - Managing FX risk via entering into forward contracts. Manage settlement roll-overs of forward contracts both on import and export - Ensure on time submission of Invoices to the Customer including Advance &amp; Milestones related Invoices along with necessary supporting - Drive factoring process from end to end, LC discounting - Bring the visibility of outstanding ARs to stakeholders - Drive Cash Collection both for Third parties &amp; Intercompany ARs to ensure on time collections involving different stakeholders - Ensure proper accounting of ARs, Bad-Debts, LDs etc. in line with IND AS &amp; IFRS - Regular reconciliation of Customers A/Cs and balance confirmation with Customers - Visit to Customer to resolve disputes and expedite collection - Drive various initiatives for system improvement pertaining to ARs - Managing LCs, Bank Guarantees (Co-ordinating with various stakeholders - Support for Bank Realization Certificate for Exports Contracts to avail export incentives For Any Query Whatsapp 8080810793
