About our Client - Our client is a European multinational headquartered in Luxembourg , they are pioneers in manufacturing of engineering products like micro-porous polymer and silica separator for clients across the globe. They are entering India in collaboration with a JV partner with 2 plants and are looking to hire a Finance Controller to support their India growth plans.

Job Description - Reporting into the Country Manager India and Global Finance Director in Luxembourg, your roles and responsibilities will be:

- Developing strategic plans and initiatives at the group level to maximize profits

- Formulating short and long term plans for the India business and ensure progress is on track as per company goal

- Overseeing accounting, taxation and auditing functions are as per company guidelines

- Liaison with bankers to raise short and long term funds

- Preparing budgets for the company and review variances

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA with at least 8-10 years of post qualification experience preferably from the Manufacturing industry

- You have handled a sizable team in the past assignment and can drive a start-up environment to be successful

- You must be involved in business decision making in your current role

- You must possess strong business anc commercial skills
