Finance Controller - Medical Care Startup

Our client is an established organization in the domain of Medical care / Healthcare. They are revolutionizing how Medical care is provided to patients in North India. They are a well-funded startup (series A done), have multiple care centres and are growing rapidly.

They are looking for a Finance Controller for their organization to join them as soon as possible.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Preparing Annual Budgets

- Working with Management to create and track key business parameters / metrics

- Ensure compliances with accounting practices, company policies and procedures and legal regulations

- Manage all banking relationships

- Ensure accounting information is current and compliance

- Reporting a periodic MIS & Variances for all key metrics

- Ensure income and costs are allocated and tracked correctly

- Monitor financial policies, SOPs and reporting standards to ensure accurate and up to date information

- Presentation of financial reports and Board Meeting packs

- Monitor compliance to agreements and reports on any variations and deviations.

- Ensure regional offices provide Timely information & Reports

- Responsible for commercial controls and compliance across all branches

- Preparation of cash flow forecasts and management

To qualify for these positions you should:

- CA / MBA Finance

- Have at least 9 to 18 years of experience in Accounts and Finance

- At least 3 years as a Finance Controller / Finance Head in a growing startup / services firm (Experience in Healthcare is a great plus)

- Must have experience in creating AOP, Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Auditing

- Have experience in optimizing business processes & Controls

- Well-versed with setting up SOPs around contracts, vendors, budget utilization and daily cash flow practices

- Have strong personality, great communication and leadership skills

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
