Finance Controller - Manufacturing Firm - CA

Education/Qualification:

Chartered Accountant

Key responsibilities:

- Closure of IFRS and Ind AS Consolidated books of accounts on a monthly basis;

- Preparation of quarterly / annual financial statements in the form of SEBI results, Schedule III format, Annual report along with detailed notes to accounts under IND AS & IFRS reporting;

- Provide necessary assistance in the preparation of quarterly / annual financial statements in the Form 6-K and Form 20-F along with detailed notes to accounts under SEC reporting;

- Responsible for all computations relating to cost, Grant Date Fair Value, exercise of options, budgets and variance analysis with respect to share based payments expense of the Company;

- Co-ordinate with the audit team (E&Y) for smooth closure of the audit process;

- Proper adherence to identified internal controls surrounding the financial statement closure process and ensure compliance to requirements under IFCs and SOX.

- Internal: GFR Team, Taxation Team, Treasury Team, Secretarial Team, Business Finance Teams

- External: Auditors and Consultants
