Finance Controller - Logistics Company - Chennai/Mumbai

We are hiring for A Logistics Company

The main job responsibilities would include:

- Oversee the accounting of all divisions of the company and report to the management in the required structure

- Manage cross country accounting where the company has its other establishments

- Work with top management in framing the strategic approach for the future

- Ensure the company is in compliance with all required laws ( Income Tax, Companies Act, Labour Laws etc )

- Ability to head, co -ordinate and extract work from the team of 10 members.
