Finance Controller - KPO/IT/ BPO

- Prepare and publish weekly, monthly & quarterly financial reports, providing narrative explanations related to material variances to budget and noteworthy trends

- Overseeing the General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition functions

- Experience executing the month-end closing process of US GAAP-based financial statements

- Monitors fiscal performance and looks for variances or trends

- Establish, monitor, and enforce appropriate internal controls across accounting and finance department

- Develop and review organization's budget, using forecasts and models to determine how to allocate funds

- Represents company with integrity and fiscal responsibility to government agencies

Supports senior management team and departments with in-depth analysis and regularly scheduled calls with store managers on performance

- Prepare one-off, special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends requested by management

- Maintains responsibility for fiscal integrity of all financial reporting and operations

- Responsible for India payroll to employees

- Responsible for accurate payroll of employees and proper reporting to government and payment of taxes

- Find ways to improve cash flow, reduce costs and enhance fiscal integrity

- Coordinate with US team to ensure seamless integration between business units and timely month end financial reporting

- Communicates with co-workers, management, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner

- Manages India finance team and responsible for reviews, monthly KPIs and performance of team

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA 12-15 overall combined accounting and finance experience in a KPO/IT/BPO & with 5+ years of related (Asst) comptrollership experience with a Based US based MNC & focused on:

2. Workforce Services (High Priority)

3. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

4. Experience with creating financial statements

5. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

6. Understanding of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) required

7. Administrative, organizational, and communication skills

8. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment

9. Must be an expert user of MS office suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook. Advanced abilities with data analysis, excel, spreadsheets and word processing

10. Experienced in current technologies and platforms.
