Finance Controller - IT/ITES - CA

Ideal candidate would be a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of experience specifically with IT/ITeS companies.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the finance and accounting functions and activities of the company and subsidiary companies across geographies.

- Responsible for Accounting, Monthly closure of P&L and Balance Sheet, Statutory audit and Tax Audit, Billing, Debtors Management, Payroll

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

- Internal & statutory Audits / Compliances

- Coordination with overseas outsourced firms for accounting/audit as per local laws.

- Consolidation of accounts

- High-level financial reporting and analysis

Requirements and skills

- CA with ~10-14 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Tax Compliances from IT/ITES industry

- Prior experience of handling a team.

- Hands on experience in MS Navision or D365 needed.

- Good knowledge of excel and PPT needed
