About our Client - Our client is a leading multinational in the Internet space in India. With presence across business segments within the online space in the country, they are currently looking for a finance controller to oversee one of their most aggressively growing business units in India. The role is based out of their corporate office in Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director Finance, you will oversee a team of 5 people with your main responsibilities including:

- Financial reporting, planning and analysis to support effective management decision making

- Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures

- Providing status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data

- Drive budgeting and financial planning related activities for the business unit

- Driving Compliance and Tax Preparation of financial statement per IGAAP & IFRS

- Risk management and Cost optimization

The Successful Candidate - You must be a Chartered Accountant with atleast 6 years of post qualification experience within the services sector and an understanding of dynamic consumer bases. Strong communication skills are a must. Prior Big 4 experience is preferred
