The Role:
Finance Controller
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for reporting to lenders, finance committee and other key stakeholders.
- Line management for Group reporting and treasury team based in the UK and India.
- Overall responsibility for treasury including leverage, covenant compliance, hedging and liquidity management.
- Preparation of group consolidated IFRS financial statements.
- Key point of contact for KPMG external audit team based in London.
- Ownership of group divisional P&L.
- Month-end close and consolidation in NetSuite including intercompany eliminations.
- Management account preparation.
- Continued development of month-end reporting pack.
- Cash flow preparation.
- Ownership of technical accounting areas including business combinations, lease accounting, revenue recognition etc.
- Ad-hoc projects related to development NetSuite and PowerBI.
- Ownership of group accounting policy manual.
- Partnering with regional finance teams.
- Support for tax team.
Skills Required:
- Expert knowledge of IFRS
- External audit experience
- Experience with multi currency consolidations
- Comfortable with business combination accounting
- Proven project management skills and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Familiar with financial control models and RACM
Qualification & Experience:
- 10 to 12 Yrs
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI, ACCA, or overseas equivalent)
- DOJ - 30 to 45 days' notice.
