They are currently in the process of further expanding their business in India and hence are looking for a Finance Controller to support this fast paced career growth.

Job Description

This role reports into the Finance Director in India and the responsibilities will be:

- Co-ordinating with various stakeholders and controlling the entire accounting operations (Sound Knowledge on US GAAP)

- Reviewing, analyzing and interpreting financial and budgetary reports and key performance metrics

- Directing all aspects of accounting operations and helping prepare annual financial forecasts at the corporate level

- Managing statutory audit and all taxation related areas in accordance with Indian Tax Laws

- Providing guidance and support to subordinates within the assigned company policies

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA with 8-12 years of post qualification experience within the IT/Software industry based in Pune. You should have had a stint with a Big-4 in the past and must have worked in a strong accounting contorllership role. You must have hands on experience on Oracle and should be well versed with Indian Tax Laws.

This role has 20+ reporters so able managerial skills are a must for this position. The role is based out of Pune (Magarpatta)
